These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Lone Star Capital Mobile Car Detailing ("Lone Star Capital," "we," or "us") and the detail services we provide in Westlake Hills and the surrounding Austin, Texas area. By booking a service, visiting our website, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide mobile car detailing performed at a location of your choosing — typically a residential driveway, apartment parking lot, or office lot in Westlake Hills. Service packages, current pricing, and what is included in each package are listed on our website. We reserve the right to update package contents and pricing at any time. The price quoted at booking will apply to that appointment.

Booking And Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling tool or by phone at (737) 204-6691. When you book online you provide contact details and a preferred time. Same-day service in Westlake Hills is available when you book by 11 a.m., subject to availability. We will follow up by phone or text to confirm details before the appointment.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to make the vehicle available at the agreed time and address, and to ensure that the service area is safely accessible. If access cannot be reasonably arranged at the time of arrival, a trip fee may apply.

Pricing And Payment

Base prices are as listed on our website. Final pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle size, condition, or selected add-ons. We will explain any pricing changes before performing additional work. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless you have elected to pre-pay through our optional online checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards processed by our payment provider.

Cancellation And Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel up to four hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made within four hours of the appointment, or no-shows when our detailer has arrived on site, may be subject to a fee equal to a portion of the booked package. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment, staffing, or safety considerations; in that case we will work with you to find a new time at no additional cost.

Vehicle Condition And Disclosures

You are responsible for removing personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service. We treat every vehicle with care, but we are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle, for pre-existing damage, or for issues that arise from disclosed or undisclosed mechanical or cosmetic conditions. If you have specific concerns about your vehicle's paint, interior surfaces, sensors, or aftermarket modifications, please tell us before service begins so we can recommend the right approach.

Service Limitations

Detailing is a restorative process and outcomes vary based on the age and condition of the vehicle. While we use professional products and techniques to deliver hand-finished results, we cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, etch, swirl, odor, or contaminant. We will always explain what we expect to achieve before starting work that goes beyond a standard package.

Photography

We may take before-and-after photographs of vehicles we service for quality control and marketing purposes. We do not photograph license plates or identifying information without your permission. If you prefer that we not photograph your vehicle, let us know at booking or before service begins.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, access information that is not intended to be public, or use automated tools to extract data. Content on the site — including text, graphics, and our logo — is owned by Lone Star Capital and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
